Educational scope
llc.how provides general educational information and organizational tools for United States LLC topics. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparer, insurance agency, financial advisor, registered agent, filing service, or government agency. Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Rules and outcomes depend on jurisdiction, facts, governing documents, contracts, tax elections, industry, professional licensing, and actual conduct. Verify requirements with the responsible agency and seek qualified advice for consequential decisions.
Privacy
The roadmap, health check, and calendar currently run in the browser. The roadmap may use browser local storage so progress can remain on the same device. Clearing browser storage removes it. The current tools do not transmit answers to llc.how, create an account, or send reminders.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, account numbers, confidential agreements, customer data, or other sensitive information into these tools. Analytics and operational logging, if introduced before public launch, must be documented here and configured to avoid collecting tool answers.
Terms of use
Use the Site for lawful informational and organizational purposes. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a filing, deadline, tax election, legal conclusion, worker classification, contract, ownership transaction, or dissolution. You are responsible for verifying information and deciding whether professional assistance is needed.
Tools and content may change as sources, laws, agencies, and the product evolve. Availability is not guaranteed. External links are provided as starting points and are governed by their own sites.
Commercial disclosure
The private review version contains no paid placements, affiliate links, sponsored rankings, or referral forms. Future commercial relationships must be disclosed where encountered. Organic guidance must not be secretly ordered by compensation, and the Site should remain useful without a purchase or referral.
Sources and corrections
Consequential claims should cite official or primary sources and show a review date. A source can change without notice. Check the linked agency immediately before acting. Material corrections should update affected content and tools rather than merely append a disclaimer.
Policy changes
These policies describe the private review version as of July 20, 2026. They must be updated if the Site begins collecting information, enabling accounts, sending reminders, accepting payments, displaying advertising, using affiliate links, or matching users with professionals.
